“O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness…Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad.” Psalms 96:9,11
Our services are temporarily suspended; see ChristianScience.com for other options.
Our Sunday service is at 10:30 a.m. and lasts for an hour. It includes hymn singing, Scriptural readings, silent prayer and the Lord’s Prayer, and a vocal solo. The focus of the service is the weekly Bible Lesson-Sermon, which consists of readings from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy on a particular subject. Christian Scientists around the world study the Lesson during the week. On Sundays, two lay readers read this Lesson-Sermon aloud.
Our Wednesday meetings are at 7:30 p.m. At these hour-long meetings, which include hymn singing, prayer, and readings from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, people can tell of healings and help they’ve received through their study of Christian Science. We all learn more about God at these meetings and about the practicality of the Bible in everyday living.
We also hold an annual Thanksgiving service from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. which includes singing of hymns, readings from the Bible and Science and Health and an opportunity for testimonies and expressions of gratitude from the congregation.
Childcare is available at all of our church services.
You are warmly invited to attend any of these worship services!
